Stiffler Manufacturing only ships within the United States of America and its Territories.
Refund Policy
REFUND NOTICE
Stiffler Manufacturing will only issue a refund on unopened and unused products.
Stiffler Manufacturing will not accept returns or exchanges on listed Blem and/or Blemished products.
Stiffler Manufacturing will charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items.
The Customer is responsible for any shipping fees on any returned item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE NOTICE
Stiffler Manufacturing will allow cancellations of orders so long as the order has not shipped.
Stiffler Manufacturing does not accept returns and refunds on opened and used items.
Stiffler Manufacturing will accept an exchange within 30 days of the customer receiving the product so long as it is undamaged and unused by the customer.
Stiffler Manufacturing will evaluate on a case by case basis damage claims on the product, if it is evaluated to not be customer error or willful damage to the product then an exchange for a replacement product will be accepted.
