- Native Gun provides an online marketplace where users can browse, purchase, and sell firearm accessories, and related products. Users may not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations when using our platform. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with any licensing, registration, or permit requirements for firearms purchases or sales.
- You are prohibited from violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, when using our services.
- PRODUCT LISTINGS AND TRANSACTIONS
- Native Gun allows sellers to list products for sale, and buyers to browse and purchase those products. We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all product listings.

- Any transactions conducted through Native Gun, including purchases, are solely between the buyer and the seller. Native Gun is not a party to those transactions and takes no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of the products.
- Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing product listings, asking any necessary questions, and verifying the suitability of a product for their needs before making a purchase.
- Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and fulfilling their obligations to buyers regarding shipping and delivery.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- The following activities are strictly prohibited on Native Gun:
- Posting, transmitting, or promoting any content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Engaging in fraudulent or misleading practices, including misrepresenting products or engaging in scams or illegal activities.
- Violating any local, state, or federal laws or regulations related to firearms, weapons, or related products.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Native Gun platform or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Listing products that have been stated not to be listed.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Native Gun retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, including its website, mobile apps, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not use our intellectual property without obtaining prior written permission from Native Gun.
- You grant Native Gun a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any content you submit to the Native Gun platform, including product listings, reviews, product branding, logos, images or comments.
- DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Native Gun provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of our platform or the products listed on it.
- Native Gun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the products purchased through it.
- Native Gun is not a reseller or vendor, it is solely a marketplace for companies and resellers in the “Firearm and Related Industry”. Vendors of Native Gun are responsible for abiding by all federal and state laws. Vendors are also responsible for their products, defective or not and the shipping associated with each sale.
- INDEMNIFICATION
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Native Gun and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions. This applies to all users of the platform, VENDORS & CUSTOMERS
- MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
- Native Gun reserves the right to modify or terminate its services, as well as these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
- If you object to any modifications to these Terms and Conditions or are dissatisfied with our services, your sole recourse is to discontinue using Native Gun.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Native Gun is headquartered.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or binding arbitration, as determined by Native Gun.
- Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be litigated solely in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Native Gun is headquartered.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Native Gun and supersede any prior understandings or agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
