Therefore, we have designed our Return Policy to provide you with peace of mind and a hassle-free return process. Please take the time to read and understand our policy before making any purchases.

  1. ELIGIBILITY OF RETURN | EXCHANGE
  • Only products purchased directly from the Native Gun marketplace are eligible for returns. Products purchased from third-party vendors on our platform must be returned directly to those vendors as per their individual return policies.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached. It must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alterations.

  • Product arrived defective.
  1. TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS
  • Native Gun allows returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for eligible products. Any request for returns after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted.
  1. RETURN PROCESS
  • To initiate the return process, please contact the VENDOR you purchased your product from. Provide them with your order details and the reason for your return. If within 48hrs of contacting the vendor you do not get a reply or provided a remedy for your RETURN/EXCHANGE, our customer support team will step in and guide you through the return process. Our mission is to provide a reasonable outcome to make sure the purchaser is satisfied. The VENDOR or NATIVE GUN customer service may issue you an RMA number.

  • If you receive the RMA number, securely package the product, ensuring it is protected during transit. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside and inside of the package. The vendor will notify you just how to make sure this number is seen and connected to your return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by the VENDOR. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of the returned product.

  1. RETURN CONDITION ASSESSMENT
  • Upon receiving the returned product, the vendor will inspect it thoroughly to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If it complies with the policy, a refund will be initiated.

  • If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria or shows signs of misuse, wear, or damage caused by the customer, Native Gun and their vendors reserves the right to refuse the return and may return the product to the customer at their expense.

  1. REFUNDS
  • Once the returned product is found to be in good condition, the seller/vendor will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase will be non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Native Gun or the specific vendor.

  • Refunds will be processed for the product’s purchase price only and will not include any additional costs, such as shipping or handling fees unless otherwise stated in our promotional offers.

  1. EXCEPTIONS
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Ammunition, gunpowder, and other hazardous materials are non-returnable due to legal restrictions.

  1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
  • Native Gun’s return policy is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. In cases where local, state, or federal laws prohibit returns or impose additional restrictions, our policy will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Native Gun reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website or app.
