  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the VENDOR you purchased your product from immediately. There are two methods, through the messages button on the product page or inquiry button on their store page. Vendors will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • In the case of cancellation, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, please follow our Return Policy for eligible products.
  1. RETURN POLICY
  • Products purchased directly from the Native Gun marketplace are eligible for returns. Please refer to our dedicated Return Policy for detailed information on eligibility criteria, timeframes, return process, and refund procedures.
  1. EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Native Gun currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact the vendor of purchase immediately and ask how and if they can accommodate your request. If you have allowed 48hrs and a vendor has not responded to your request, please follow our Return Policy for the eligible product and then place a new order for the desired item.
  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE
  • To be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange, products must meet the following criteria:
    • The product must have been purchased directly from the Native Gun marketplace.
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels still attached.
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alterations.
    • The cancellation, return, or exchange request must be made within the designated timeframes, as outlined in our policy.
  1. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
  • To cancel an order or initiate a return or exchange, please contact the vendor of purchase as soon as possible. Please allow 48hrs for their response to your request. If you have not gotten a response by the vendor after the 48hrs please reach out to our customer support team through the Native Gun website or app. Provide them with your order details and reason for cancellation, return, or exchange. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any required assistance.
  1. REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT
  • Cancellation refunds, returns, and eligible exchanges will be processed according to the guidelines stated in our Refund Policy or in some cases, the vendors own policies. Please refer to that policy for detailed information on refund methods, timing, and exceptions.
  1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
